3. AI-Specific Terms
Data Ownership: Client-provided data and outputs belong to the client.
Framework Ownership: HUK SONS retains rights to proprietary AI frameworks.
Bias & Limitations: AI outputs may be incomplete or biased; client review is mandatory.
Prohibited Uses: No unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory use of our AI or IT services.
4. Obligations
You must:
Provide accurate details
Comply with laws
Avoid misuse (hacking, reverse engineering, IP infringement)
5. Payment
Payment terms follow signed contracts. Late payments may suspend services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties maintain confidentiality of project data, AI training datasets, and proprietary information.
7. Liability
HUK SONS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits/data).
8. Disputes
Law: Governed by Pakistan law
Jurisdiction: Bahawalpur, Pakistan courts
We encourage amicable settlement first.
9. International Access
Users outside Pakistan must comply with local laws.
10. Termination
We may terminate services for breach or unlawful activity.
11. Modifications
Terms may be updated. The Last Updated date will always reflect the latest version.
